What is a Life Cadet Initiative?
A Life Cadet Initiative is a structured programme or opportunity designed to introduce young people to a particular field or pathway.
Initiatives are led by experienced professionals who are willing to open doors, share knowledge and create practical experiences that help young people understand what a pathway truly involves.
Some initiatives may focus on introductory exposure. Others may provide deeper engagement, mentoring or structured development.
